In preparation for the first presidential debate of the 2008 election, Imagine A Great Election debuted with a special edition focused on issues of top importance to American voters, including Finance Regulation Reform and Homeownership within the Economy & Taxes category. In the face of a disaster of such historic proportions for the individual taxpayer and voter as the financial meltdown on Wall Street, Imagine A Great Election sought to clarify candidates’ concrete plans of action and how they would impact voters. Additional issues covered by Imagine a Great Election during the 2008 campaigns included National Security, Foreign Policy, Healthcare, Education, and Energy as well as Civil Rights, Immigration, Environmental Issues, and Poverty. Imagine all this information and more readily available to voters who wish to be quickly informed on the issues that matter most as they prepare to head to the polls each election day. Imagine a great election.
